Dear ladies and gentlemen!

Novotroyitske District is a rich Tavria land with boundless generous steppes, with unique warm climate, benevolent and diligent people.
The district is characterized by the well-developed production of leguminous plants (pea, soya), grain (wheat, barley, and Indian corn) and technical (sunflower) crops, vegetable-growing, melon and gourd growing, meat and dairy stock-raising. All these circumstances create a base for processing industry development - complete processing of the products made in the district.
The District territory makes up 229 800 ha, the area of the agricultural lands (on all categories of economies) makes up 183 100 ha (9.3% of all area objects of economic significance in Kherson region), including 151 000 ha of tillage. Up to 70% are the dark chestnut soils that are inherently suitable for the stable growing of agricultural product. One of the advantages of agrarian production is the availability in the district of 72 000 ha of the irrigated lands of the Kakhovka irrigation system (49 000 ha are irrigated, for 23 000 ha it needs repair and retooling).
There is advanced stock-raising in the district. Cattle are presented by the basic red steppe breed. There are favorable conditions for the sheep breeding development in the district as well.
There are 3173,5 ha of ponds and considerable areas of hunting lands in Novotroyitske that favor the wide development of hunting and fishing, fish-growing and processing.
Processing industry is in progress in the district, e.g.: production of hard and melted cheeses, butter, flour, bread, baked goods and macaroni foods.
The district has through traffic with the basic regions of the country. There are such motorways as: Henichesk – Askania-Nova, Kherson – Kakhovka - Henichesk.
On the territory of the district there are clay resources which can be used in building industry. There are corridors of winds suitable for wind-power engineering facilities building and reductions in electric power prices. In addition, the Southern district is washed by Sivash bay - by a Tavria analogue of the Dead Sea that is rich in salt, therapeutic muds.
Novotroyitske District borders upon the popular holiday resorts of Crimea, Arabatska strilka (45 km distance). Such peculiarities as clean ecology (free from harmful substances area), the favorable moderately continental climate, the medical plants (wormwood, chamomile), the usage of Sivash bay potential, the study of medical balneological properties of dirts create possibilities for medical establishments building.
We hope on the potential investors’ interest to enter into mutually beneficial cooperation.
